Method step description:
- 1.Ectomycorrhizal roots from the 10 cm layer of the soil were collected by tracing them from the stem of the plant. 2.The bulk soil was collected 2 meters away from the target plant. 3.Samples were placed in polyethylene bags to the laboratory.
