Data Records

The data in this occurrence resource has been published as a Darwin Core Archive (DwC-A), which is a standardized format for sharing biodiversity data as a set of one or more data tables. The core data table contains 1,069 records.

This IPT archives the data and thus serves as the data repository. The data and resource metadata are available for download in the downloads section. The versions table lists other versions of the resource that have been made publicly available and allows tracking changes made to the resource over time.

Versions

The table below shows only published versions of the resource that are publicly accessible.

Sampling Methods

Token the roots and bulk soil in 4 directions from 6 randomly choosed target plants which at least 10 meters intervals.

Study Extent DaSyueShan, Hehuan Mountain, Guanyuan, Xiaoqila, Taipingshan, East Peak of Xue Mountain, Yushan and Linzhi mountain

Method step description:

  1. 1.Ectomycorrhizal roots from the 10 cm layer of the soil were collected by tracing them from the stem of the plant. 2.The bulk soil was collected 2 meters away from the target plant. 3.Samples were placed in polyethylene bags to the laboratory.
