- 港口為50m之調查樣線。於調查樣線為中心，往兩側擴展1m之範圍作為調查區域。目視分辨物種與計數。 富岡為定點觀察包含餐廳後方草叢、遊客中心後方礁石；調查樣線包含白榕線、海岸南線。以目視分辨寄居蟹種類與計數。 成功為三仙台島以及本島步道，以步道為調查樣線，目視分辨物種與計數。
