Description
農業與野生生物的衝突一直都在，野生鳥類吃秧苗、穀物、水果的案例眾多，本計畫針對水鳥吃秧苗的議題，蒐集宜蘭深溝村可能對水稻秧苗造成損害之常見水鳥，主要目標物種為：紅冠水雞、白腹秧雞、花嘴鴨、彩鷸，附帶紀錄其他秧雞科鳥類與其他常見/特殊鳥類。希望為解決農業與野生動物衝突累積基礎資料。
Data Records

區域調查法
| Study Extent | 研究空間範圍主要位於宜蘭縣員山鄉深溝村的農村地景；時間範圍在2017年3月至2018年2月，考量水稻田為主之農田生態系環境變動快速，調查頻率為1個月2次 (2~3週1次)，而2018年1月與2月因環境變化較小、鳥類分布狀況較穩定 (林芳儀，私人通訊，2017)，各僅調查1次，共進行22次調查。 |

| Quality Control | 規定每區域於2小時左右調查完畢，分組調查，一組1-2人，同時調查，減少重複計數可能。每位調查者均受過訓練，確保辨識能力與偵測率。若遇大雨則不進行調查。 |
Method step description:
- 主要調查時間為日落前3至4小時。
- 在樣區內以機車或汽車、腳踏車繞行每條可進入道路。
- 使用10倍物鏡、孔徑32釐米的雙筒望遠鏡觀察計數樣區中每處目標鳥種：紅冠水雞、白腹秧雞、彩鷸、花嘴鴨與其他秧雞科鳥類。
- 記錄方式以每塊地為單位，將一塊田中各種鳥的大致分布位置，以一個點為代表點於地圖上 (地點之誤差不超過10公尺)。
- 記錄數量、成幼、棲地、行為與時間，同時記錄調查時看到在農田中或農田邊的人為干擾類型與位置。 成幼 (lifeStage)：成 (ADULT)、幼 (JUVENILE)、雛 (DOWNY)，其中雛鳥在資料表中顯示為"空白(SPACE)"
