Method step description:
- ●電氣法:努力量單元為距離,以50公尺距離為一個單元,每個樣站調查2個單元(或以上)。調查區域需包含可涉水水域且中低流速的環境型態。 ●蝦籠法:努力量單元為籠具數量,每個籠具為一個單元,每個樣站調查3個單元,調查需隔夜,且需以餌料進行誘集。餌料可用自製或市面上可買到的香餌或生鮮等。調查區域合適用於可涉水水域且中低流速的區域,但需要固定。深水區或流速較快區域可用引繩與固定物方式進行。 ●定面積採集法(蘇伯氏水網):採集次數,固定面積(50公分見方網格)每網次採集為一個單元,每個樣站不重複點位採集3網次。可涉水水域且中低流速的區域。 ●手拋網:每網次為一個單元,每個樣站不重複點位採集3網次。 ●穿越線法:須鄰近範圍內各類型重要的鳥類棲地,穿越線長度為1,000公尺,樣點間距為200公尺,總計設置6個相距200公尺的樣點。 ●圓圈法:每個樣區設置6–10個調查樣點, 每年於鳥類繁殖季期間(三到六月)進行兩次晨間調查。
