Description
依據野生動物保育法第十八條第一項第二款規定，基於學術研究或教育目的申請利用保育類野生動物或文化資產保存法之珍貴稀有植物成果，需向各有關機關或直轄市、縣（市）主管機關申請，轉請中央主管機關許可，並且應於利用完成後一年內，繳交生物資源調查共同調查記載項目。整理林務局保育組於民國九十三年起，各單位申請利用保育類等生物調查共同項目資料，並持續增加中。
