Title 紫金牛屬圓齒紫金牛亞屬植物與內共生細菌之演化研究

Sampling Methods


Study Extent 臺灣的紫金牛科植物。

Method step description:

  1. 至野外採集野生的紫金牛科植物,以採集開花或結果的枝條為主,帶回實驗室後先進行鑑定,並取一部分葉片利用矽膠快速乾燥,留存做為日後抽取DNA時的材料,其餘枝條利用烘箱烘乾後製做成乾燥臘葉標本,存放於TAI標本館中典藏。 植物鑑定方法根據Flora of Taiwan, 2nd edition。
