Description

此資料庫提供臺灣的紫金牛科(Myrsinaceae)植物的採集記錄，根據2013年8月至2014年7月的野外調查所建立，共記錄了2屬8種16筆資料，全部標本皆存放於TAI標本館。

Title 紫金牛屬圓齒紫金牛亞屬植物與內共生細菌之演化研究

Sampling Methods

至野外利用枝剪採集野生的紫金牛科植物枝條或用鏟子採集整顆植物，以採集開花或結果的枝條為主。

Study Extent 臺灣的紫金牛科植物。

Method step description:

  1. 至野外採集野生的紫金牛科植物，以採集開花或結果的枝條為主，帶回實驗室後先進行鑑定，並取一部分葉片利用矽膠快速乾燥，留存做為日後抽取DNA時的材料，其餘枝條利用烘箱烘乾後製做成乾燥臘葉標本，存放於TAI標本館中典藏。 植物鑑定方法根據Flora of Taiwan, 2nd edition。
