We used line-transect method to surveyed amphibians, reptiles, quadrupeds, and used variable circular-plot method to surveyed birds, and used vocal individuality method to surveyed birds, bats, and used electrical fishing, cage trap, throw net to surveyed fish, and used surber sampler to surveyed benthos. The coordinates of conservation species and Taiwan Red List species will be blurred to a certain extent. We did survey in winter(2024/1), spring(2024/4), summer(2024/7), fall(2024/9-10), all survey conducted by professional investigator.
