  <abstract>
    <para>The survey data is based on the identification and distribution data of diatom species collected at various sampling stations in the Cijiawan River Basin in 2019, which can be used as a reference for future related research. The survey results showed that 27 genera and 55 diatom species were identified in 9 stations.</para>

            <para>All the samples were first concentrated in a centrifugal machine for 10 minutes at 3,500 rpm</para>

          <para>Randomly pick up the stones and take 3 replicates in the stream from each sample site. Then, the collected stones were scraped with a toothbrush to scrape algae samples with an area of about 16-25 cm 2 , and the algae samples were collected in bottle and identified in the laboratory .</para>
