          <para>Specimens were investigated with a dissecting microscope for detecting conidiophores and conidia. Conidia were transferred to agar media for cultivation. Cultures were used for DNA isolation and molecular characterization. DNA sequences were deposited at GenBank. In some cases living strains were deposited at BCRC. Leaves and/or cultures were used for microscopical morphological characterization and dried and deposited at TNM as voucher specimens.</para>
